Once my YouTube channel reaches 10,000 subscribers, I’ll launch the podcast.
Why wait?
Because I’ve tried before. Back then, I had around 2,000 Facebook followers, and my live podcasts attracted only 2–4 silent viewers. Nobody asked a single question.
A podcast is supposed to be a conversation, not a monologue. With 10,000 subscribers, I’m hoping there will finally be enough people to argue with me, challenge me, and keep the discussion alive.
Of course, there’s another possibility.
Perhaps Professor Bart D. Ehrman will reply to the letter I sent him—and later published here as an open letter. If he accepts my invitation, I’d be happy to host him on my podcast… or accept an invitation to appear on his.
Or maybe we should start with something everyone expects from me.
How about a one-hour conversation with a cardinal of my church who was shamefully dismissed by the cowards at CBS—Stephen Colbert?
Or perhaps one of the bishops of my church—Brian Tyler Cohen or Adam Mockler?
What do you say? Shall we begin the Aetas Rationis—the Age of Reason—with a simple Zoom call?
I’m also looking for co-hosts. If you’d enjoy discussing philosophy, religion, politics, science, or the future of humanity with me, send me a message at podcast@sonofman.online.
And as always, you can send your questions to question@sonofman.online. By the time the podcast begins, I’d like to have a healthy pile of interesting questions waiting for us.
Until then, hang in there.
Buy me a coffee if you can, and I’ll continue doing my best to prevent humanity from accidentally driving itself into extinction.
After all, if the alleged designer of humanity has a few suggestions for improving the project… perhaps it’s worth hearing him out.
Don’t you think?
Wait… you do think?
Forgive me. I haven’t seen much of that activity lately.
That’s why I was sent back. Among other reasons…
